You might recognize Jessica Rey from our shoots of her vintage inspired swimwear line, Rey Swimwear, her amazing video that went viral The Evolution of the Swim Suit or from her work as a Power Ranger. She’s one of the cutest people ever and so fun to work with!

Jes’ hair and makeup was by Brides by Melody and her skirt and incredible white dress with flamingos (yes FLAMINGOS!) was designed by Meghan at Kostoll Shop.  It was so fun and inspiring being around such a fabulous group of gals!

Sidecar Dougnuts is my favorite dougnut shop. I didn’t even really like dougnuts until I tried one of their amazing cake-like delicousness. Then I was hooked. The shop is located dangerously walking distance from my house. I’ve always loved the vibe and wanted to shoot there. Since Jes needed some new shots for her new book coming out and for her website, we decided Sidecar would be the perfect place.

Everyone has several of these laying around the house. You know you do! Too cute to throw away.

Iced coffee with one of the most beautiful doughnuts I’ve ever seen!  The outside of Sidear is so cute. A perfect place to hang with friends or read a book while enjoying your treats.
