Chaelyn + Noah are cutie patooties, giddy in love. Their giddy-ness and excitement was contagious and I immediately fell in love with them! We had a great time walking around San Clemente at some of their meaningful spots, like The Cellar where they met. Then they showed me this epic view overlooking the ocean which will be coming up next. So come on back soon!
Lindsey and Ben were inspiring to photograph. They have such a sweetness about their relationship. It’s so fun to get to know them and find those little subdued details and moments that reflect their relationship. We started at The Camp and The Lab in Costa Mesa for an urban type look that suits their city style and then Crystal Cove Beach for some glorious light.
Thank you Lindsey + Ben for being up for anything!
Relationships are all about sharing a conversation over simple things like tea, so we started at the cutest little cafe, Milk + Honey.
To say I’m smitten with this couple is an understatement. They are really cute. Cute in the same way a newborn puppy that just did something adorable is. They have this sweet closeness and happiness you can feel when you’re around. I find myself giddy when I get to photograph them, which has been quite a bit in the last year..
You might remember them from Lauren’s Surprise Proposal I photographed at LAX last year. If you haven’t seen, you must click here.
KEAN coffee to start.
Relationships mean sharing conversations and giggles over coffee and a yummy snack.
I’ve always wanted to do a shoot at Kean since I go there so much. So glad I finally go to!
Then we went on our nature walk. Could they BE any cuter?!
Sometimes the end is just the beginning…
Tara + Jay are so nice. They came to pick me up on the way and drove me to our session, since it was right after my car accident. We had such a fun time in the car talking about our shared love of travel and food. And everything and anything!
It was important to incorporate a Vespa in this shoot, since it means so much to their relationship and it was so fun to get to shoot one!
First I took them to one of my favorite places in Santa Monica, Huckleberry Cafe.
Then we headed closer to the pier.
They have such a calmness about them that I loved photographing.
