Katie + Davie have such an intimate closeness about them. I just loved spending time and photographing the special sweetness that is their relationship. My favorite thing is to capture couples just as they are.

Rebecca + Jim are a super cool and stylish couple. I’ve shot everything for them (including awesome Christmas Cards every year for the past seven!) Sometimes I forget that we met because I photographed their wedding now that we are real friends.

They are having a baby and I couldn’t be more thrilled for them!

After asking for permission to the shoot a the Parker Palm Springs (they said it was fine) they still kicked us out but not before we got some really fun shots.

Then we went to the Windmills.

This is a inspirational shoot I put together for fun in collaboration with some amazing people. We wanted it to be a little boho with a spin. The goal was to have it all feel natural and like part of the landscape which is why we stuck with golds, whites, and natural accents for the table settings. The florals were meant to echo the colors of the desert sunset of Joshua Tree.

If you’re looking for a really unique spot for a little get together, why not have it in Joshua Tree? We really did have a legit tea party and the best time taking pictures on top of rocks.
